Sangy Vatsa Named Chief Technology And Digital Officer Of FIS Global

FIS Global has named Sangy Vatsa executive vice president, chief technology and digital officer. FIS is a leading provider of technology solutions for merchants, banks and capital markets firms globally. Annually, FIS facilitates the movement of roughly $9 trillion around the world and processes about 75 billion transactions. FIS serves 90% of the top 50 global banks and is the top merchant acquirer in the world by volume, according to the Nilson Report. The company has 55,000 employees worldwide.

As global chief technology and digital officer, Vatsa will partner with leaders across the company and throughout the industry to lead technology strategy, innovation and transformation for FIS. He has been assigned the responsibility to lead FIS’ technology Texture Spray Machine transformation program globally in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders. This digital modernization program will be comprised of several pillars enabling key elements of our corporate strategy. The program is rooted in ensuring top focus on colleague and customer experience.
